# Pieced Together

> A playful privacy check for your own inbox. Paste up to 40 sender and subject lines; the page redacts addresses, links and long numbers, turns every line into a jigsaw piece and groups the pieces with a quick keyword guess. Pull pieces out to see the picture blur. One metered run reads the lines the way an ad system would.

## What it does

- Free, in the browser: a .csv mail export with From and Subject columns becomes one line per email; redaction before anything is sent, the jigsaw (one piece per line, coloured by group, grey when loose, a dashed slot when pulled out), the quick keyword guess, and SVG, PNG, Markdown, CSV and JSON downloads.
- Metered, one task (`piece`): every sent line is placed in one interest group or left loose; the picture is rated open book (three or more groups of two or more lines), half done (one or two such groups, or two or more single-line groups) or a few pieces; sensitive groups are flagged; each group says what it gives away, the kind of ad that would follow and one way to hide it.
- After a read, pulling pieces out (one at a time, or a whole group with one button) recomputes the picture from the run's own groups in the page, free.
- The page re-checks every reply: each line placed once, group order, the verdict against the run's own groups, sensitive flags and word limits.
- Saved puzzles (opt-in) keep the redacted lines only, in the signed-in person's account.

## Input contract

`task` ("piece"), `line_count`, `lines` (numbered "N. sender - subject", redacted), `redacted` (what the page replaced). All strings.
